Hello Again!

Hey There Everybody,

Happy 2018! I don't want things to be awkward around here so I'm just going to come out and say it...if you've ever visited the Kindred Home blog you know that I haven't been very good at this whole blogging thing. Turns out blogging is a pretty time consuming venture and frankly I just didn't have the time to make blogging regularly do-able. Was it me, or was a lifetime packed in to the last twelve months? 2017 was our busiest year to-date and despite my best intentions I couldn't have tackled a blog no matter how much I was craving a DIY project to escape the countless hours I spent on the production floor! Even though my whole life manufacturing candles may seem like one big DIY project I promise it's not...

Good news though, we've grown and now I have the staff to help make blogging a reality - and meaningful - because there's no point unless we're sharing content you care about, right? With that, as we move in this new year I'm pushing the blog to the top of our to-do list because I'm not giving up, this blog will happen, and I feel like 2018 is going to be our year!

We've planned a ton of great content to share with you: travel guides, easy DIY projects to get us through this cold cold winter, Kindred Home product features, before and after interior design projects, and more! And so, once again, with renewed energy after another trip around the sun, I'd like to welcome you to our small but mighty blog. I hope you come back again and again!
