Can I send my purchase as a gift?
You bet! All of our products are ready for gifting. If you'd like to leave a note, before checking out be sure to leave it in the comments section. Please note all shipments include Kindred's return address and branding on the exterior carton.
Can I track my order?
We ship all of our packages via FedEx or USPS and once your order is processed you'll receive a fulfillment notice at the email address you provided at checkout. This notification will include a tracking number which you can reference at FedEx.com or USPS.com.
Is there sales tax?
The state of New York is subject to an 8% sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship wholesale orders internationally. Please check back in 2019 for international retail shipping.
Do you offer wholesale?

What if the item I want is sold out?
Email us at email@example.com and we'll let you know when that item will be restocked.
Why can't I find the item I want?
Occasionally we pull fragrances from the website. If you're looking for something specific, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know when it will be available.
Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?

Do you offer private label and/or contract manufacturing programs?
As of June 2018 we have permanently discontinued our private label and contract manufacturing programs.
Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
Bulk discounts are available on orders of 24 pieces (or more) of one style/scent. Please email email@example.com for information on bulk orders.
Do you do co-branded collaborations?

Do you offer candle making classes?
Sadly we will no longer be holding classes. If we decide to host an impromptu workshop we'll let you know on social media.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they meet the following qualifications: The order is unused (used candles and energy bundles cannot be returned or exchanged). The order is returned within 14 days of receipt. The order was not purchased on final sale. Please note that wholesale returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will never be refunded. Personalized and other custom products are subject to different return policies.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please snap a photo and e-mail the image to email@example.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.
